Match observations: 

Where was Dan Spivey ? Since he didn't show up for his scheduled quarterfinal
match against Steve Regal, he was suspended from the WWF indefinitely.

Shawn Michaels certainly superkicked his way to the King of the Ring crown.
First, Razor caught a superkick, fell out of the ring and was counted out, then
Gary Albright felt the Sting, and Steve Regal also fell prey to Shawn Michaels'
most potent weapon.

What an impressive return the Quebecers made to the WWF scene ! Had it not been
for the time-limit, the Thrillseekers would have dropped the straps tonight.
