Razor Ramon is back and better than ever after having to undergo knee surgery
and rehab for the last year. Just ask Owen Hart. He isn't too happy however that
Dean Malenko, the person responsible for Ramon's knee surgery, isn't around any
longer.

Maybe Ramon will be petitioning to bring him back sometime soon ?
