[ After the Horsemen are introduced for their WarGames match, Ric Flair seizes
  the microphone. ]

RF: It feels soooo gooood to be back in Horsemen country one final time. The 
    Horsemen were born in Charlotte and the Horsemen deserve to win their final
    war in Charlotte. All that remains for me to do now is thank you fans for
    all the support you've given us over the many years we've been in this
    sport... and to thank the men who made the Horsemen what they are. The
    Enforcer, Double A, Arn Anderson... you are the Horsemen. Dean Malenko...
    thank you for coming back into the fold... your technical excellence is what
    we need tonight when we take on the best the WWF has to offer. And yes...
    thank you, Chris Benoit. Thank you for turning us down. You may not realize
    it but your actions got us thinking and we realized that you never were 
    enough of a Horseman to ride with us tonight. There is only one other person
    who deserves that honor. He has held numerous titles with us over the years.
    He's held singles titles. He's held tag titles. He's been the brain behind
    the brawn... the technical mastermind... may I give you... TULLY BLANCHARD !

[ Tully Blanchard comes out to the Horsemen's theme and to a deafening ovation
  in Charlotte. ]

TB: Charlotte, North Carolina... Ric Flair... Arn Anderson... I'm home. Nobody
    can beat us tonight - we're the Horsemen, and we stand united.
