(Eddy Guerrero retained the WWF World Title) Match observations: Owen Hart demanded a rematch against Davey Boy Smith after their match in MSG finished, and he will be getting it. Sabu was knocked cold after putting himself through a table in the triangle match and the referee had no chance but to award the fall to Dean Malenko. Malenko certainly proved beyond the shadow of a doubt he is one of the best wrestlers in the WWF today, however the Great Muta capitalized on a single mistake by Malenko and took the match. There is an old saying that "the whole may be more than the sum of its parts". The opposite is the case in the Bret Hart/Sandman team. The Public Enemy showed the two that two great singles wrestlers can't defeat a skilled and more importantly experienced tag team just like this. Maybe Hart and Sandman should split up before things get embarrassing for them. What was the Road Warriors motivation in their match with the Head Hunters ? Apparently there were solely out there to make fun of them, as Hawk could have put #2 away and regained the tag titles, however he opted to throw him out of the ring for the countout. Are they trying to humiliate the Head Hunters or is it simply part of a long-term plan on the part of Hawk and Animal ? We'll see. Well, well, well... it looks like the Horsemen are complete once again, although the latest addition came as a pretty big shock: the 1-2-3 Kid ! Thanks to the Kid, Shawn Michaels has lost another one... may his winning streak be turning into a losing streak ? Apparently this is the case. Maybe he should abandon the cockiness and go back to what he does best: wrestling.
