Match observations: 

What on earth was going on in James Beard's head ? The time limit clearly
expired, so Bret Hart figured he wouldn't have to lift his shoulder anymore. So
what did Beard do ? He counted to three, awarding Ric Flair the WWF World
Heavyweight Title !

After reviewing the tape, WWF officials made the decision of vacating the WWF
World Title. It will be decided in two weeks at In Your House. Because of the
outcome of the Steve Austin vs Vader match, it'll be a triangle match between
Bret Hart, Ric Flair and Steve Austin.

The Steiner Brothers apparently can't wait to get their hands on the tag belts,
and Cactus Jack and Sabu are more than willing to give them a shot. However,
since the Eliminators were only seconds away from regaining the WWF World Tag
Team Titles from Jack and Sabu, they will be added to the mix for the first-ever
triangle match for the titles at In Your House - Put Up Or Shut Up !

To make things complete, Owen Hart, Dean Malenko and Great Muta will square off
for the Intercontinental title, also in a triangle match.

In the other top matches, Vader will meet the Chris Benoit and Razor Ramon gets
a second chance to beat the Giant.
